We’re based in Burnley, Lancashire with stockists across the UK providing Wilman fabrics and wallpapers nationally and internationally.
Our head-office staff are trained to provide superior levels of customer service. Calls, emails and faxes are responded to within 24 hours and orders received at head-office despatched to the ordering stockist within 48 hours.
We allow only carefully selected retailers to sell Wilman products. We carefully consider each request to become a stockist so that we can be certain the retailer is able to provide the levels of customer care we feel are so important.
Our watchwords are quality and service, both for customers buying and retailers stocking Wilman Interiors products. We design and manufacture our high- quality, exclusive fabrics and wallpapers, using the latest innovative manufacturing processes. Our approach to quality control is second to none, ensuring the Wilman product you receive should be flawless. Complaints are rare but when they do arise a reply will be sent within 7 days of receipt at the Wilman head-office.
